Multicare Electronics will repair/service most Panasonic consumer products.
Warranty and Non Warranty work can be undertaken. We are restricted in certain product areas by Panasonic’s service policy.

Warranty repairs

We will undertake all warranty repairs at no cost to you. The only exception to this is if carriage is involved. Proof of purchase will be required at the time of booking a repair.

The repair must comply within the terms of warranty.

Non Warranty Repairs

Such repairs are undertaken on the proviso that there is a minimum
charge of £35.00 (+ VAT). DV Camcorders £50.00 (+ VAT).

This will include estimate refusals and other minor faults that have to be dealt with.

Please note that you may be asked to leave a deposit payment for certain product repairs that we undertake before work can commence.

Bulk repair

Bulk repairs can be undertaken. Please ask for details.
