Can we carry out repairs from EU and Non-EU Countries?
EU customers have no complex customs procedures, however
you must obtain an RMA before shipping any goods for repair. Please
fill in our online Returns Form.
Non-EU customers have to provide invoice details. Duties
and taxes are also involved. Please enquire prior to shipping your
goods. We will send you the procedure for shipping the goods to
us. Please note, we repair goods from Europe, USA and the Middle
East. To avoid disappointment, please enquire about the makes and
models we repair before sending us your faulty equipment.

We can deal in GB pounds, Euros, US Dollars. We also take payment
with credit and debit cards.
